DAY POLICY WITHOUT VAT

VAT free day policies

Maximum 3 products per reference. Any additional product will be charged with VAT.

Does not apply to products priced over $712.240.

The price of your purchase without VAT will be reflected at the time of payment.

Only applies to credit or debit card purchases.

Black Days products already have the VAT discount applied.

POLICY

Domestic purchases take a maximum of five business days to arrive.

International purchases take between four and six business days.

The shipping time depends on whether we have the part in stock (if you need the part urgently, we suggest you contact us by Whatsapp before doing the purchase to the number +57 3113822992).

Promotional purchases cannot be changed. Applies to main store, Web page, Social Media, Allied stores or gifts.

Changes are valid for 8 working days, after this time no change will be made.

It is important to check very well the piece at the time of receiving it, you should report immediately any new information and be able to repair or change if necessary the piece.

If you are in a city other than Medellin, you received the part and you want to change it (within the eight working days allowed for the change), please note that the freight to and from the part is paid by the customer. 

Zawadzky SAS covers the cost of the return freight of the part, if the part was received in bad condition, (you must send a photo at the time of receipt to check the condition of the part).

*Only ONE change is allowed.

The parts are guaranteed for one month after the purchase, the warranty is made as long as it is determined that it is a manufacturing defect and not by manipulation. After this time if you want us to repair the part, we offer repair service with an additional cost that is defined according to the reference, the repair service takes 30 working days.

No refunds are made.
